Wellness Revitalization Advocacy Program (W.R.A.P.) Program Services

Dealing with breast cancer is hard enough by itself. Unfortunately, other issues such as finances, health insurance, and time lost from work add to a breast cancer patient’s stress and frustration. Words like “co-payments,” “deductibles,” “non-covered benefits,” and “zero-balance sick leave” all conspire to complicate the cancer treatment and wellness recovery of patients. Woman2Woman Breast Cancer Foundation assists breast cancer patients with their financial needs.

Through W.R.A.P. the following financial services are offered:

  1. Prescription Assistance

  2. Help with Doctor Bills

  3. Utility Assistance

  4. Help with Food/Groceries

  5. Counseling Service

Since money is one of the primary reasons for family breakdowns and stress to cancer patients; Through W.R.A.P. and W2W’s Patient Relations Advocate, Woman2Woman will try to assist families by alleviating some of this burden.

W2WBCF give financial assistance in the form of a grant. Grants are given every thirty days unless special circumstances warrant an earlier release (i.e. Utilities, Prescriptions, Co-Pay Assistance, Food, Transportation etc.).
